电信企业销售渠道一般可以分为营业厅、社会合作渠道、直销渠道和电子渠道。3G业务销售渠道具有营业厅体验式、终端渠道3G捆绑式、直销渠道3G特色化以及电子渠道多元化等销售特点。完善中国联通3G业务销售渠道的对策是:提升营业厅服务与销售能力;加强社会渠道管控力度和直复营销渠道建设;深化便民渠道发展;大力发展电子渠道。
The sales channels of telecom enterprises usually include the business hall, social cooperation channel, direct selling and elec- Ironic channel. The sales channels of 3G services have some sales characteristics in terms of business hall experiences, terminal chan- nel-bundled 3G services, characterized 3G services in the direct selling channel, and diversified electronic channels. The Strategies to im- prove the sales channels of China Unicom's 3G services are proposed: to promote the service and sales ability of the business hall, to strengthen the management and control strength of social channels and the channel construction of direct-marketing, to further develop the convenient channel, and to vigorously develop the electronic channel.
