血液净化治疗急性中毒并多脏器功能障碍综合征30例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 30 Patients with Acute Poisoning Accompany Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome Treated by Blood Purification

目的:探讨血液净化治疗急性中毒并发多脏器功能障碍综合征的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2005年1月至2011年12月收治的应用血液净化治疗的急性中毒并多脏器功能障碍综合征患者30例的临床资料。结果:30例患者中,痊愈出院27例(90.0%),好转出院2例,死亡1例(3.3%),死于多脏器功能衰竭。结论:血液净化能明显改善急性中毒并MODS患者的中毒症状及器官功能,提高急救成功率,降低病死率。

Objectives：To explore the clinical effects of patients with acute poisoning accompany multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （MODS） treated by blood purification. Methods： The clinical data 30 patients with acute poisoning accompany MODS were retrospectively analyzed from Jan.2005 to Dec.2011. Results： Among the 30 cases, 27 cases cured and discharged from the hospital, 2 cases got better and discharged from the hospital and 1 case died from multiple organ failure. Conclusion： Blood purification can significantly improve the toxic syndrome and organ function of patients with acute poisoning accompany MODS and elevating the success rate of acid first and reducing the mortality.
