欠发达地区农村劳动力外流对老年人经济支持影响的实证研究——以贵州省大方县响水乡以堵村中寨队为例

Empirical Studies on the Economic Support of Emigrant to the Aged in Developing Rural Areas——Take Zhongzhai Brigade of Yidu Village in Defang Count as an Example

劳动力外流提高了外出务工者的收入,从理论上看应该会相应地增加对留守老年人的经济支持。但是,在中寨队的观察却获得相反的印象。劳动力外流既减少了对老年人提供日常照料的可能性,也没有发现增加经济支持予以弥补的迹象。究其原因,一方面在于劳动力外流改变了外出务工者的生活世界,他们增加的收入被工作地城市的高消费水平吸纳了;另一方面,他们增加的收入没有突破供养的阈限值,供养阈限值处于发展资金与闲置资金的边界,只有在生存资金和发展资金都得到满足后才能达到。中寨队的外出务工者没有一例达到这个边界,所以表现出较低的供养水平。

Emigrating raise the income of emigrants,their economic support for rear aged should raise too.However,the finding of zhongzhai brigade is different.The possibility of attending and economic support the aged got was reduced at the same time;there are two reasons playing important role to the lower support lever,for one thing,the world of emigrants have changed;for the other,the raising income of emigrants have not go critical.
