Positive Interaction between People' Livelihood and the Rule of law in the Construction of a Harmonious Society

民生与法治是构建社会主义和谐社会不可或缺的组成部分。加强法治建设是改善民生的根本保障;改善民生是促进法治建设的重要途径。构建社会主义和谐社会,应该在加强社会主义法治建设的同时,进一步加强民生建设,把改善民生与加强法治建设有机结合起来,达到"法治保障民生,民生促进法治"的良性互动。

People＇ s livelihood and the rule of law are essential for the Construction of a harmonious society. To strengthen the rule of law is the fundamental guarantee for improving people＇ s livelihood ; and to improve people＇ s livelihood is an important way to promote the rule of law. In the construction of a socialist harmonious society, we should not only strengthen the socialist rule of law but also promote the socialist people＇ s livelihood construction ; and try to combine people＇ s livelihood with the rule of law so as to achieve a positive interaction between the people＇ livelihood and the rule of law.
