高职护理专业开设手术室护理方向的实践

The Practice of establishing the sub-major on operation room care in higher vocational nursing

目的探讨在高职护理专业开设手术室护理方向的可行性和有效性。方法在2007、2008级高职护理专业中开设手术室护理方向,实施"大专业、小专科化"护理人才培养。采用自行设计问卷,了解毕业生就业情况及用人医院对毕业生的综合评价。结果手术室护理方向学生在二级甲等及以上医院手术室就业率达100%,用人医院对毕业生临床综合素质给予了较高的评价。结论在高职护理专业开设手术室护理方向符合临床需求,为医院直接培养手术室护理专科人才。

Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of establishing the sub-major on operation room care in senior vocational nursing. Methods The classes on operation room care were established in grade 2007 and grade 2008 and implemented the mode of ＂Big Major plus Small Specialization＂ to cultivate nursiug students. Self-designed questionnaires were used to track the graduates＇ employment situation and the comprehensive evaluation on the students by the hospitals as employers. Results The employment rate of the students from the classes on operation room care was 100% and they were employed by hospitals of second-level grade A or higher;the employing hospitals gave them higher evaluation scores on their overall qualities. Conclusion The sub-major on operation room care in higher vocational nursing meets the clinical demands and cultivates specialty nurses in operation room care for the hospitals.
