心理科低年资护士护患沟通能力的多元化培训策略 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨心理科低年资护士护患沟通能力多元化培训策略在临床实施的效果,为心理科低年资护士的规范化培训提供依据。方法结合心理科专科特点,采用多媒体专题讲座、一对一带教、参与医疗组长和(或)科主任查房、护理查房及情境模拟训练等多元化培训策略,对心理科16名护士进行为期1年的系统化培训,并采用护士长随机考核、阶段考核与终末考核相结合的形式进行考核。结果 16名低年资护士均通过考核,培训后护患沟通相关专业理论知识、情景模拟考核、护士长随机考核成绩均优于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);病房护理满意度也有较大幅度的提升,持续稳定于95%以上。结论多元化培训策略有利于提高心理科低年资护士护患沟通相关理论知识和技能。 Objective To study the effects of diversity training strategies on nurse-patient comnmnication skills in clinical practice and provide the hasis for standardized training in the low seniority psychiatric nurses. Methods Sixteen nurses were systemically trained for one year by diversity and flexible training strategies combined with specialist characteristics of the psychology,which include the use of multimedia lectures,one-to-one teaching,participating in the rounds of doctors,participating in nursing rounds,and situational simulation training. The nurses were assessed by random evaluatiou,stage evaluation,and final evaluation. Results All the nurses passed the examination. The nurse-patient communication skills improved significantly and the quality of care also improved. Conclusion The diversity training strategies can improve low seniority nurses' communication skills and can be applied in more psychiatric hospitals.
