摘要
目的了解宁波市老年护理人员的分布情况及培养现状,分析存在的不足。方法采用抽样调查的方法,抽取不同养老机构的护理人员进行调查。结果共抽取了48所老年服务机构的护理人员。被调查者年龄(35.93±8.04)岁,文化程度以高中为主,工作满意度低,工作压力大。结论目前宁波市老年护理人才紧缺,护理人员素质不高,培训体系不完善,需要进一步加快老年护理人才的培养。
Objective To explore the distribution and training status of the older adults' nursing staff in Ningbo and analyze the deficiency therein. Methods The nursing staff of different elderly service institutions were sampled for investigation. Results The nursing staff from 48 elderly service institutions were recruited. They were 35.93+-8.04 years old,with high school education. They had low job satisfaction and high working pressure. Conclusion There is a shortage of elderly nursing staff in Ningbo. The elderly nursing staffs quality is not high and the training system is imperfect. The training of elderly nursing professionals needs to be further enhanced.
