对北京市怀柔区不夜谷沟域经济建设模式的思考

沟域经济是北京市山区发展的新探索,对于转变山区发展方式,改善生态环境,提高农民收入,具有重要的现实意义。本文通过对起步较早的怀柔区不夜谷进行深入调研,总结并阐述了不夜谷两条特色沟域经济发展路径,针对发展过程中出现的产业同构同质化发展、环境保护工作有欠缺、建设管理不完善等问题,从优化产业结构,改善产业格局;完善环境保护,拓展发展空间;强化管理规范,提升服务档次等方面提出了对策建议。

Valley Area Economic is a new exploration of the mountainous area＇s development of Beijing,which has an important real significance to change the development mode in mountainous area,improve zoology environment and increase farmer income.By thorough research on Shiny Valley of Huairou District which started the very early Valley Area Economic development,the development path of two characteristic valleys has been summarized in the paper.In view of the problems appeared in the developing process such as industry isomorphism and homogenization,deficiency in environmental protection work and defectives of construction management,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three respects： optimizing industrial structure to improve industrial structure,improving environmental protection to expand the development space and strengthening management standard to promote service quality.
