吉林省投融资机制改革相对滞后,目前还存在很多问题没有得到有效解决。投融资机制仍是制约投资规模扩张和吉林省经济快速增长的主要障碍。本文总结了近年来经济发达地区投融资机制改革经验,这些经验对创新吉林省投融资机制有重要的启示,如转变政府职能,建立市场化运作机制;完善政府投融资平台运作制度;优化投融资环境等。

The reform of Investment and financing mechanism in Jilin province is lagging,and there are still many problems,which is a major obstacle in the economic developing in Jilin province.The paper summarizes the recent experience of domestic investment and financing mechanism,the experience has some useful insights to innovative investment and financing mechanism in Jilin province,such as the transformation of government functions,establishing market-oriented operation mechanism;improving the operation system of the government＇s investment and financing mechanism platform;optimizing the investment and financing environment.
