少数民族地区农村养老模式探析——基于西藏拉萨市A村的调查

Minority district countryside pension mode probing——investigation based on Avillage,Lhasa,Tibet

社会养老不可能,社区养老不现实。对于少数民族地区的农村来讲,采取何种养老模式才能满足老年人养老需求,是推动少数民族地区老年人事业发展的关键。本文以拉萨市A村为研究对象,通过调查发现,在家养老是当前少数民族农村地区最主要且最合理的养老模式。但随着少数民族地区社会经济发展,在家养老模式受到了各种挑战。笔者认为强化家庭的养老功能,完善农村养老的配套体系是当前强化在家养老的必要措施与重要举措。

Social endowment is not possible.Community endowment also is not realistic.For the minority rural areas,what mode of providing for the aged that can meet the needs of the aged is a key to promote the development of the minority elderly career.In this paper,taking A village in Lhasa as the research object,through the survey found,the most important and the most reasonable pension mode is In nursing home in the current minority rural area.But with the development of society and economy in minority areas,in the family pension mode has to face the various challenges.The author thinks that strengthening family retirement function and improving the rural old-age support system are necessary and important measure to fortifications in the home nursing measures.
