国内六大经济区制造业产业集聚现状比较及政策分析

本文系统地综述了目前国内关于产业集聚的部分理论认识,并以人口的空间基尼系数和产值的空间基尼系数测算了我国六个经济区制造业的集聚情况。比较分析表明,我国基本上处于经济起飞阶段,目前政策的着力点应是大力发展高新技术产业园,并且政策实施的地理范围不应超过经济区的范围。

The paper reviews the theory on the industrial agglomeration currently,and calculates manufacturing industry agglomeration of the six economy of our country region with the population and output space Gini coefficient.Comparative analysis shows that China is basically in the economic take-off stage,the focus of policy should be vigorously develop high-tech industrial park,and the geographic scope of implementation of the policy should not exceed the scope of the economic zone.
