摘要
表面粗糙度的光学测量方法 ,具有非接触、精度高和响应快等优点 ,致使其研究十分引人注目 ,发展极快。
The optical method of measuring surface roughness has advantages of uncontact,high accuracy and fast response,so the research of that method fixes people's eyes and its development gets very fast.In this paper,several principles and methods of typical optical measurement and some commercialized instruments are presented briefly.
