摘要
针对高温特点 ,提出了一种用FPGA实现PWM发生器的新方法。详细叙述了该方法的基本原理 ,并以其中的一个死区时间产生电路为例 ,介绍了电路的设计要点及时序分析。该PWM发生器与微控制器密切配合 ,实现了高温正弦逆变。
A new design method of PWM generator that can be worked at high temperature is presented by the use of FPGA.The principle of this method is introduced in detail,and a kind of circuit of generating dead time and its timing simulation are given.With the combining of this PWM generator and microcontroller, sine wave inverter at high temperature is prepared.
