摘要
电子设备的电磁干扰通过设备的各种接口 ,如电源、输入 /输出信号电缆等发射到外部环境。本文论述的测试技术是为了研究电缆到电子设备电源之间的电磁干扰。各种电子设备工作状况下的输入阻抗测量是通过共模方式在 1M~ 1GHz频率下测量的 ,这么宽的频带对研究宽带电磁干扰有重要意义 ,比如研究静电释放等。本文分析了阻抗的测量结果及在以后使用中的注意事项。
Electromagnetic interference(EMI) can couple electronic equipment through any number of interfaces of the equipment to its external environment ,e.g.,power and input/output signal cables.The power cable interface to the equipment's power supply is investigated.Input impedance of power supplies in various electronic equipment operating under normal active conditions was measured in the common mode from 1 M to 1 GHz,such a wide frequency range is useful in studies of wide band EMI.The results of these measurements are discussed and the possibilities of using them in future work are suggested.
