摘要
目的探讨军校护理本科学生临床学习初期教师支持、应对方式、应激对身心反应的影响。方法采用《护理专业学生感知教师支持问卷》《应对行为问卷》《感知应激量表》《生理-心理-社会行为反应量表》对64名二年级军校护理本科学生进行调查。结果军校护理本科学生在临床学习初期感知的教师支持、解决问题行为和乐观应对行为与身心反应呈负相关(P<0.05),回避行为与身心反应呈正相关(P<0.05),应激、回避行为、乐观应对行为对军校护理本科学生的身心反应主效应显著(P<0.05)。结论护理教师亟需了解并重视护理本科学生在临床学习初期的应激体验,增强对他们的支持,帮助他们发展有效的应对方式,以期减轻他们的应激程度,提高他们的身心健康水平。
Objective To explore the impact of nursing students' perceptions of instructors' support,coping strategy,and stress on their physio-psycho-socia] status in military medical university in initial period of clinical practice. Methods A total of 64 sophomore nursing students in military medical university were surveyed with Nursing Students' Perceptions of Instructor Caring(NSPIC) ,Coping Behavior Inventory(CBI),Perceived Stress Scale(PSS) ,and Physio-Psyeho-Social Response Scale (PPSRS). Results It showed a significant negative correlation between nursing students' perception of instructors' support,problem solving,stay optimistic and physio-psycho-social response(P〈O.05). There was a significant positive correlation between avoidance and physio-psycho-soeial response(P〈0.05). Perceived stress,avoidance and stay optimistic had significant main effects on physio- psychio-social status(P〈0.05). Conclusion Nursing instructors should aim at a better understanding of nursing students' perceived stress in initial period of clinical practice,enhance the support for students,help students to develop efficient coping strategies,reduce the stress level,and improve the physio-psyeho-social health status.
