中西医结合治疗痛风性肾病的疗效

Effect of integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment in gouty nephropathy

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗痛风性肾病（GN）的疗效。方法 痛风性肾病200例,分为中西医结合组（治疗组）100例和别嘌呤醇治疗组（对照组）100例。观察两组疗效、症状积分、尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）、血尿酸（UA）、24 h尿蛋白定量。结果 两组治疗后主要症状积分均明显低于治疗前（P〈0.05或0.01）;治疗组低于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组总有效率86.0%,明显高于对照组的75.0%（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后肾功能有較明显的改善,但治疗组好于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗痛风性肾病有较好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of integrative Chinese and western treatment in gouty nephropathy.Methods 200 cases of gouty nephropathy were divided into Integrative Medicine group（treatment group,n=100）and allopurinol treatment group（control group,n=100）,The symptom scores,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,creatinine（CR）,serum uric acid（UA）,24h urinary protein excretion were observed.Results After treatment symptom scores were significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0.05~ 0.01）;treatment group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）;Total effective rate of the treatment group（86.0%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（75.0%） （P〈0.05）;After treatment,the renal function was significantly improved,but that of the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Integrative Medicine in the treatment of gouty nephropathy had a good effect.
