老年胆囊切除术152例临床体会

Clinical experience about 152 cases of elderly patients with cholecystectomy

目的探讨老年胆囊切除术的综合疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2002年2月～2012年1月152例老年胆囊切除术临床资料。结果术后痊愈出院148例,占97.36%;死亡4例,占2.64%,并发症46例,占30.26%。结论老年胆囊切除需重视术前并存病,准确把握手术时机,熟练手术操作以及预防并妥善处理术后并发症。

Objective To study the comprehensive therapeutic effect of elderly patients with chole- cystectomy. Methods Clinical data of 152 cases of elderly patients with cholecystectomy in our hospital from February 2002 to January 2012 was retrospectively analyzed. Results The success rate of the pro- cedure was 97.36% , and 4 cases died, accounting for 2.64%, overall complication rate was 30.26%. Conclusions Elderly patients with cholecystectomy must pay attention to preoperative complications, grasp the opportunity for operation, proficiency operation and the postoperative complications should be well prevented and managed.
