NB-UVB联合自血疗法治疗寻常性银屑病疗效观察被引量：5

摘要目的探讨NB-UVB联合自血疗法治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效。方法治疗组予NB-UVB联合自血疗法治疗,对照组仅用NB-UVB治疗,30天后观察疗效。结果治疗组有效率为95.2%,对照组为78.6%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(0.01<P<0.05),不良反应也少于对照组。结论 NB-UVB联合自血疗法治疗斑块状银屑病具有协同作用,迅速缓解症状,提高治愈率及总有效率。
