摘要 目的观察应用AO微创内固定系统(LISS)LISS钢板内固定治疗老年性股骨远端骨折,以探讨其临床价值。方法 2007年1月~2010年12月,采用复位后LISS钢板内固定系统治疗,41例65岁以上股骨远端骨折患者,并进行临床评估。结果随访,时间10~24(平均13.4)月,41例获得骨性愈合,愈合时间3~9(平均3.6)月,达到了骨折临床愈合标准,所有患者没有使用同种异体骨条或自体骨植骨,无明显并发症。结论 LISS治疗老年人远端骨折具有操作简便、手术损伤小、基本不加重原创伤、对局部血供影响小,无明显并发症,是一种有效的内固定治疗方法值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the treatment of senile distal femoral fractures with less invasive stabilization system and discuss it's clinical significance. Methods 41 cases with distal femoral fracture patients with all average fracture age of 65 years from January of 2009 to December of 2011 were treated with LISS, The curative effects were evaluated by clinical performance. Results The follow--up visit (10 to 24 months) of means 13.4 months showed that 41 patients were union and the healing time of fractures was 3 to 9 months (average of 3.6 months). They met the standard of clinical union of bone. No allograft or autograft was utilized, and no complications occurred in all cases. Conclusions The treatment of senile distal femoral fractures with LISS was a effective internal fixation fracture method, which was easy to operate, small operation wound, no aggravating wound, little influence to local and no significant comolications. It is worth generalization at clinical.
