摘要
目的急诊危重症患者抢救过程中运用人文关怀充分体现"以人为本"的服务宗旨。方法加强护理人员素质教育,根据患者的病情实施不同层次的人文关怀,从一言一行,一个眼神做起,到患者尊严的维护及生命权隐私权的保护,无不体现护理人员的人性大爱。结果 85例急重症患者均得到人文关怀,得到了抢救成功率及满意度。结论对急诊危重症患者施行人文关怀促进了护患关系的良性发展,是现阶段医院优质护理服务在急诊的最好体现。
Objective "People-- oriented"service principle should be fully embodied during rescu- ing emergency heavy patient with humanistic concern. Methods We showed different levels of humanis- tic concern according to patients" illness by strengthen nurses" education for all--round development. Re- sults It was the embodiment of nurses' humanity to protect patients" dignity, living and privacy from each words, action and even an expression. Conclusions Humanistic concern to emergency heavy patient promotes the beneficial development of nurse--patient relationship and it is the best realization of good nursing care in emergency department at present.
