摘要
当前阶段的企业生产过程管理中,如何提高订单执行力的研究仍然是一个空白。针对订单执行力方面,提出了一种高效执行生产计划的方法,并在本方法的基础上,引进先进管理工具思想,从而建立起一套在供需链(Sup-ply Chain)管理模式下的高效订单执行体系。
The research on the ways to improve the order execution during the production process in the current stage is still a blank. Therefore, a kind of efficient production planning implementation method is put forward for the execution. Based on the method, the advanced management tools idea is intro- duced as well, and thereby to establish a set of efficient order execution system under the supply chain management mode.
