关于科学发展高职教育以促进淮北产业转型的思考

On the Scientific Development of Vocational Education in Order to Promote Huaibei Industry Transformation

当前淮北市产业转型发展需要当地高职教育提供有力的高技能人才支撑。但是,淮北高职教育的发展却与淮北市城市经济转型之间存在着诸多不相适应的地方。要解决这些问题,科学发展高职教育,促进淮北市城市产业转型,就必须强化地方政府在高职教育发展中的主导作用,实施多元化的办学体制改革,加强高职院校内涵建设,探索集团化发展道路,突出其办学特色。

The transformation of Huaibei industry development needs the local vocational education to provide the powerful support of the skill talents. However, Huaibei vocational education development can＇t match the economic transformation of Huaibei city. Therefore, to solve these problems, develop vocational education and promote the Huaibei city industry transformation, it is necessary to strengthen the leading role of the local government in the development of vocational education, to implement diver- sified system reform of school running, to strengthen the connotation construction in vocational colle- ges, to explore group development road and highlight its characteristics of running a school.
