摘要
目的了解县级医院改革试点医院医务人员的工作状况,为医院人力资源管理提供策略。方法采用典型抽样对5所试点医院医务人员调查,用EpiData 3.0和SPSS13.0统计软件包分别进行数据录入和分析。结果调查的256名医务人员中,医生111人(43.4%),护士113人(44.1%),医技人员32人(12.5%);工作整体满意度均值水平为2.55;104人(40.6%)认为工作压力较大;105人有离职意向,占41.0%。结论试点医院的医务人员工作整体满意度较高,但是工作压力较大,离职意向率较高。
Objective To know the medical personnel present situation of county pilot hospital, and to provide strategy for hospital human resource management. Methods Using typical samples extracted from 5 hospitals, inputting and ana- lyzing data by EpiData3.0 and SPSS13.0. Results The 256 medical personnel were investigated. There are 111 doctors (43.4%), 113 nurses (44.1%) and 32 medical technicians (12.5%). The mean level of overall job satisfaction was 2.55. 104 (40.6%) personnel thought working pressure is high. 105 (41.0%) personnel had turnover intention. Conclusion The overall job satisfaction of county pilot hospital medical personnel level is high, but the working pressure and the turnover intention rate are also high.
