摘要
在传统的建筑工程招标中,业主一般规定工期,仅要求投标者就价格进行竞争。但为了进一步追求投资效益,近年来越来越多的业主要求承包商不仅报出价格还要报出工期,从而工期也成了竞争的因素。然而成本和工期是相互矛盾的,欲缩短工期,必须提高生产率,并消耗更多的资源,使得咸本上涨。承包商既要降低标价又要缩短工期,如何求得成本和工期的最佳值并求得二者的平衡,是施工企业面临的难题。本文通过建立成本-工期双优化数学模型来解决上述问题。
In traditional invitation to tender, tonderers are merely requircd to submit a bid price with a complete tirne specified by thc owner. In order to improve investment effectiveness a number of owners require the tenderers to submit both bid price and completion tane. As Chinese contractors get used to' calCulate the tender price based on standard norm issued by the authority conccmed- They didn't provide ready-made basis for estimating the additional cost caused by deduction of completion time. This paper tries to deve lop a practicable mathematical bid model for Chincsc contractors to calculate both bid price and matched comp1etion time.
