摘要
本文阐明企业要获得成功,须先辨清其成功关键因素,进而分析企业竞争力的强弱,再结合外部环境来恰当地选择企业经营战略的科学做法。
This paper analyscs that in order to achieve success, Enterprise must find key facts to succced, analyses its ability to competc and choose its operation strategy to fit outside environment.
