摘要
本文通过对国内外监理业务取得方式的对比研究，提出我国应结合国情，采用招投标的方式择优选定监理单位，并对监理招投标的操作过程和监理合同的签订提出了建议。
By comparing domestic practice on obtaining engineering supervision contract with thc internationa1 one, this paper proposed that the mechanism of invitution to tender in enginecring supervision shall be adopted to select quallficd supervision company considering the particular feature of our nation. The papcr also proposed an operating process for invitation to tendcr in engineering supervision and the contracting thereof
