摘要
通过对我国住宅产业化发展前景的预测，提出适应我国未来住宅装修部件化系统的研究方案．
The developing prospects in Chinese housing industry are forecasted and the fitting assembling systems to adapt to the future housing construction of China are discussed in this paper.
