Communication in network monitoring system of mitsubishi company's PLC

本文以三菱FX2N系列可编程控制器为基础,探讨PLC网络监控系统中的通讯问题。具体分析了三菱PLCN:N网络的构建,下位PLC之间的通讯方法及程序实现;上位微机与下位PLC之间的通讯协议及软件实现,实践证明这种通讯方法具有线路简单,可靠性高,成本低等特点,适用于生产自动化各领域。

This paper studies the communication problem in the PLC network monitoring system, based on the Mitsubishi Company＇s PLC of FX2N series. Detailed analyzes the constitute of the N：N network of Mitsubishi Company＇s PLC, the communication method and program implementation between PLC, the communication protocol between computer and PLC and soft implementation. This communication method has been proved with more simple circuit, higher reliability and lower cost according to the practice, which is suitable for automation in various fields.
