为了使专家的经验和知识更好地支持产品的使用和维护维修,并且能够及时地搜集产品使用服务阶段的反馈信息,本文提出了将FMEA应用于产品使用服务阶段的管理模式,建立了FMEA在使用服务阶段的数据模型,搭建了电力设备维护、维修、大修系统,并在某变电站设备中成功实施应用。

This paper demonstrates a managementmodehhatFMEAappliesin product use and service stage. It can make expert experi ence and knowledge tobetter support the use and maintenance of products, and timely collect the feedback information from the stage of product use and service. In this paper, a data model of FMEA in use and service stage is constructed, and a maintenance, repair, overhaul system of power equipments is built. The systemsuccessful implemented and applied in a substation equipment.
