首先提出了供暖分户计量应满足的条件，在此基础上提出了几种分户计量的供暖系统形式，并以某居住建筑为例进行了较详细的经济分析。结合国内外发展现状，介绍了几种不同的计量方式以及我国现阶段应采取的计量方式。最后，针对我国供暖收费现状阐述了供暖收费办法，并提出了对供暖收费和分户计量的建议。

The condition needed for heating measurement was presented, and on that basis some forms of heating system for measurement according to each family were also given. A residential building was taken for detailed economical analysis. Considering the development situation at home and abroad authors provided some different ways of measurement. At last, a method of heating charge according with the current situation of our country was expounded. A recomended heating charge according to each family was put forward.
