湖南省某地老年男性HIV感染者艾滋病相关信息定性研究

Qualitative study on HIV-related information in senile HIV-positives in Hunan

目的了解湖南省某地老年男性HIV感染者艾滋病相关行为危险因素。方法利用定性研究中的个人深入访谈法,访谈老年男性HIV感染者,了解艾滋病的相关信息。结果 25名被访谈者年龄在51～78岁,农民居多,文化程度低,艾滋病性病知识缺乏,防病意识淡薄。被访谈者均有商业性行为史,性行为中普遍不使用安全套,经商业性行为感染HIV。14人的配偶已感染HIV,发生家庭内传播。结论老年男性艾滋病感染风险应该引起重视。

Objective To understand the risky factors of HIV infection in senile patients in Hunan Province.Methods The information concerning HIV infection in 25 senile HIV-positive men was surveyed with qualitative study by interviewing.Results The ages of the interviewees ranged from 51~78 years old,most of them were peasants with low education backgroud,lacking of HIV/STD knowledge and low awreness of prevention of HIV/STD.All of the interviewees had commercial sexes without using condoms resulting in the infection by HIV.Moreover,14 of their couples were also infected leading to a spread among familuy members.Conclusion More attention should be paid on the control of HIV infection among senile peasants.
