摘要
针对深层低渗储层特点和压裂工艺要求,开发了醇基压裂液体系,并对其性能进行了评价。室内试验结果表明,醇基压裂液具有良好的耐温能力,耐温达208℃。与水基压裂液相比,相同条件下醇基压裂液耐剪切能力明显提高,能够实现延迟交联,滤失系数小。在破胶剂EB-1的作用下,醇基压裂液破胶化水彻底,破胶液具有更低的表面张力和界面张力,返排效果好,对岩心伤害率仅为19.4%。10余井次的现场应用表明,醇基压裂液能够满足深井低渗储层压裂施工要求。
According to the characteristics of deep reservoir with low permeability and the requirements of fracturing technology, alcohol -based fracturing fluid was prepared.
