海上注聚井高效解堵体系性能研究与应用 被引量:1

Property and Application of Highly Efficient Plug Remover for Polymer-injection Wells in Offshore Oilfield

摘要 对解堵体系JD性能进行了评价,结果表明,JD解堵体系对聚合物溶液的降解率大于98.5%,且温度升高,降解时间缩短;现场垢样总溶蚀率大于79%;注聚岩心流动试验解堵率为157%;JD体系对金属腐蚀速率很低,适合现场应用。JD解堵体系在SZ36-1-J03注聚井现场酸化解堵应用结果表明,目标层注入量大幅提高,达到了注聚井解堵的目的。 The plug remover JD was evaluated. The result showed that the plug remover JD had the degradation rate of over 98.5% for polymer solution. The degradation time shortened with the rise of temperature. On - site corrosion rate for scale was greater than 79% , blocking rate for polymer - injection core in flow test was 157%. The plug remover had very low corrosion rate for metal, and therefore was suitable for field appli- cation. The application of plug remover JD in SZ36 - 1 - J03 polymer - injection well showed that the amount injected into the target formation was substantially increased and the plug remover could get good result.
