摘要
"按揭"一词,或以为是外来词。从汉语文献与方言中看,"揭"的意义是举债,即借需要还本付息的钱。"按"的意义是抵押。合成词"按揭"两个语素形式上是并列的、深层的内部关系是,"揭"表行为,"按"表方式。
按揭（anjie） does not exist in the Chinese language before.However,in Chinese literature is 揭（jie） which means 举债（juzhai） or to repay capital with interest;按（an） means mortgage.The two characters join to be parallel but deep in meaning difference： 揭 is a bahavior and 按 is a form or mode.
