初中生英语学习动机的影响因素及激发策略研究

A Research on Influential Factors and Incentive Strategies for English Learning Motivation of Middle School Students

动机是影响学习成效的一个重要因素。动机研究是外语教学研究中最重要的课题之一。笔者经过调查，得出造成七年级学习英语动机弱化的原因有性格、意志、方法三个方面。针对七年级学生的实际学情，笔者探索了相应的激发学习动机的策略，如创设愉悦环境、采用激励手段、实行计划学习和成立关爱中心等。通过实践，这部分学习动机比较弱的学生逐步树立了自信心，养成了良好的学习习惯，取得了可喜的学习效果。

Motivation has a great influence on learning result. The research on motivation is one of the most important topics in foreign language teaching. Through the investigation, the authors discovered that there are four reasons for the decrease of the motivation of middle school students, including character, will and learning methods. The authors present several methods to stimulate their motivation, including creating comfortable learning environment, employing stimulating measures and making a plan for learning. By these the students at last build their confidence and cultivate good learning habits.
