摘要 介绍以劣质粉煤灰为主要原料 ,制备高强度粉煤灰硅酸盐砌块的研究成果。研究表明 ,采用磨细、添加化学活性物质以及水热合成反应条件等激活方法可以提高粉煤灰的反应活性 ,进而显著提高粉煤灰砌块的早期强度。本文还对影响粉煤灰砌块强度的诸因素进行讨论 ,并根据粉煤灰结构特性 ,阐述激发方法和制备因素对粉煤灰砌块强度影响的作用机理。 This paper introduces research results of preparation of silicate blocks with high strength fly ash using inferior fly ash as main raw material.The results show that fine grounding, introduction of additives and hydro-thermal compunding reaction conditions are effective active ways to improve reaction activity of the fly ash, and improve greatly the early strength of fly ash blocks as well.All factors that effect on the strength of fly ash blocks are also discussed .Based on structure features of fly ash,the action mechanism is expounded that activity stimulation methods and the preparation factors effect on the strength of fly ash blocks.
