皮下透光旋切术治疗曲张静脉 被引量:1

摘要 下肢静脉曲张的治疗方法较多,除传统的高位结扎和剥脱术外,近10年来先后出现了各种腔内治疗措施,如激光闭塞治疗和静脉曲张旋切系统(Trivex System)[1~3]。对于高度迂曲的曲张静脉,Trivex系统是一种有效的治疗措施,在国内外已开展应用[3],本文对于该技术的适应证、禁忌证和利弊等予以介绍。
