摘要
电力电子设备产生的电磁干扰都会超过可接受的水平,所以要利用滤波电路降低他们产生的EMI,这些滤波电路由串联扼流圈和并联电容器构成低通滤波器,文章对EMI滤波元件的高频特性进行分析,给出了电容、电感、电阻等的高频特性、等效电路以及仿真曲线。得出的结论体现出与工频下不同的特性,对滤波设计有重要指导意义。
Electromagnetic interference generated by power electronic devices would exceed unacceptable levels, so the filter circuit is needed to reduce EMI. The filter circuit consists of capacitors in series and parallel composition choke. The article on the EMI filter high frequency characteristic analysis, gives the capacitance, inductance, resistance and other high-frequency characteristics, equivalent circuit and the simulation curve.
