摘要
对经不同粉磨时间粉磨的预分解窑熟料水泥进行物理性能测试,以灰色系统理论的关联度分析法研究水泥颗粒分布对水泥强度的影响,研究结果表明:<5μm水泥颗粒对3d强度影响最大,(5~30)μm颗粒对水泥28d强度影响最大。(0~30)μm水泥颗粒含量的增加提高了水泥强度、改善了泌水性。
Through physical property test of precalcining kiln cement ground for different time and with correlation analysis method of gray color system theory, research into effort of precalcining kiln cement particles distribution on cement strength is conducted. The results show that < 5(m cement particles influence 3d strength most and 5 ~ 30(m particles, 28d strength most. Increase of 0~ 30(m cement particles will enhance the cement strength and improve the property of water gain.
