表面麻醉联合球筋膜囊下麻醉在基层防盲复明工程的应用

Application of topic anesthesia combined subtenon anesthesia on cataract surgery in the project of preventing blindnesss in basic level hospital

目的探讨表面麻醉联合球筋膜下麻醉进行小切口非超声乳化技术在基层防盲复明工程中的可行性,并对其效果进行评价。方法对210例白内障患者采用倍诺喜表面麻醉联合球筋膜下麻醉,施行小切口非超声乳化术,观察术中麻醉效果及术后视力。结果麻醉效果满意率为97.14%,基本满意率为2.86%;术后视力>0.5者176眼(83.81%);术中术后未出现常规麻醉可能出现的局部及全身并发症。结论采用表面麻醉联合球筋膜下麻醉行小切口非超声乳化术.在基层防盲复明工程中应用安全、有效、实用,提高了复明手术质量,可在基层防盲复明工程中推广使用。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and effect of the topic anesthesia combined subtenon anaesthesia for small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery. Methods 210 cases of cataract patients with topic and subtenon anesthesia received small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery. Intraoperative anesthetic effect and postoperative visual acuity were observed. Results the anesthesia effect of satisfaction rate is 97.14%, the satisfaction of basic rate of is 2.86%; the postoperative visual acuity was better than 0.5 in 176 eyes（83.81%）; the intraoperative and postoperative complications of conventional anesthesia were not observed. Conclusion the use of topic and subtenon anesthesia is safe, effective, practical, which improves the operation quality. It could be popularized in the primary hospital.
