泪道激光术后联合泪道引流管环形置入术治疗慢性泪囊炎及泪道阻塞

Lacrimal drainage tube ring implantation combined with laser for treatment of chronic dacryocystitis and lacrimal ducts obstruction

目的评价泪道激光术后联合泪道引流管环形置入术治疗慢性泪囊炎及泪道阻塞的疗效。方法对86例113眼慢性泪囊炎及泪道阻塞患者进行"泪道激光术后联合泪道引流管环形置入术"治疗。结果术后随访6-12个月,慢性泪囊炎患者58例71眼,鼻泪道阻塞患者28例42眼,治愈91只眼,占80.5%;好转16只眼,占14.2%;无效6只眼,占5.3%。有效率为94.7%。结论泪道激光术后联合泪道引流管环形置入术具有手术操作简单、无创、手术时间短、术后效果满意的优点,可作为慢性泪囊炎及泪道阻塞的首选治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of laser combined with lacrimal drainage tube ring implantation in treating chronic dacryocystitis and lacrimal duet obstruction. Methods 113 patients （ 86eyes ） with chronic daeryoeystitis and lacrimal duct obstruction underwent lacrimal drainage tube ring implantation after laser. Results Postoperative follow-up for 6-12 months, patients with chronic daeryocystitis and nasal lacrimal duet obstruction were completely resolved in 91 eyes （80.5%）, improved in 16 eyes （14.2%）, and ineffective in 6 eyes （5.3%）. Total rate of efficiency was 94.7%. Conclusion Laser combined with lacrimal drainage tube ring implantation is simple, noninvasive, fast and effective. It can be chosen as primary method in treating lacrimal duet obstruction.
