摘要
目的观察532激光在翼状胬肉术后应用的临床效果。方法将翼状胬肉术后1月结膜表现为Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者共72例97眼行532激光治疗。结果治疗前Ⅱ级35眼全部转变成Ⅰ级外观;治疗前Ⅲ级30眼转变成Ⅰ级10眼,转变成Ⅱ级15眼,无变化5眼;治疗前Ⅳ级32眼治疗后转变成Ⅲ级12眼,转变成Ⅱ级5眼,无变化15眼。结论激光治疗阻断新生血管,改善术后外观,对于Ⅱ、Ⅲ级患者降低了复发的风险,治疗效果显著,对于Ⅳ级患者抑制纤维增生,缓解了病情。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of 532 laser in the treatment of pterygium after operation. Method 1 months after pterygium operation, 97 eyes of conjunctival appearance of Grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ treated by 532 laser. Result Grade Ⅱ in 35 eyes completely converted into grade I appearance; Grade Ⅲ in 30 eyes converted into grade Ⅰ in 10 eyes, 15 eyes into grade Ⅱ ,unchanged in 5 eyes ; Grade Ⅳ in 32 eyes converted into grade Ⅲ in 12 eyes,15eyes into grade Ⅱ ,unchanged in 15 eyes ; Conclusion Laser treatment could block neovaseularization and improve postoperative appearance. Laser redueed the risk of relapse for Ⅱ,Ⅲ appearance and inhibited fibrous hyperplasia for grade Ⅳ.
