利用CMS逆向选育辣椒三系配套新品种的技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 常规CMS育种技术需盲目地进行大量的组配和恢复系转育,花很多人力和物力,时间长,效率低,育成的品种也不理想;CMS逆向选育技术是先人工去雄配制组合,选出优良新组合,再利用CMS不育系与亲本测交鉴定亲本的基因型,根据基因型研究出针对不同基因型亲本进行与原亲本性状相似的不育系、恢复系转育技术,利用转育后的CMS材料配制三系配套组合,获得与原组合相似的新品种,成功育成新品种辣优16号. The conventional CMS breeding techniques are time-consuming,labor-intensive and low-efficient and the new varieties developed may not be good enough.In this study,a new way to breed three-line combination hot pepper cultivars,or the reverse CMS technique,was adopted.First,manual emasculation was carried out in making cross combinations,from which the desirable combinations were selected.Then the parents of excellent combinations were crossed with CMS lines to determine their genotypes.According to the genotypes of the parents fertility was transferred to the sterile line and the maintainer line,and paternal was transferred to the restorer line with an appropriate method.Using the reverse CMS technique,a new hot pepper variety "Layou No.16" was successfully developed.
