摘要 胰岛β细胞受损是T2DM发病的关键因素。β细胞受损包括分泌功能受损和数量减少。新诊断T2DM后及早使用DPP-4抑制剂可有效保护β细胞,甚至逆转β细胞分泌功能的丧失,延缓糖尿病病程进展。 There is a progressive deterioration of β-cell function and mass in type 2 diabetes. DPP-4 inhibitor therapy started soon after diagnosis of type 2 diabetes could preserve and even reverse the progressive loss of insulin secretary capacity that is the fundamental cause of type 2 diabetes.
