摘要
水泥工业在生产过程中消耗了大量的一次能源,产生了巨大的碳排放。利用有效能分析法分析了水泥回转窑和烘干机的有效能数据,提出富氧燃烧和热风助燃是增加有效能供给的有效方法;对于窑炉排放大量的高温烟气,提出按照有效能对其进行能量品质识别,采用热风、余热发电、物料烘干、低温烟气生产热水的流程利用水泥窑炉余热,以达到节能及降低煤炭消耗的目的。
A large amount of primary energy is consumed in cement production, discharging a huge a mount of carbon dioxide. Through the analytical approach of available energy, the paper examines the related data of available energy from the rotary kiln and dryer, arguing that the supply of available energy can be improved via oxygen rich and heated air aided burning. It is also proposed in the paper that , in order to lower energy consumption andreduee coal constimption, the quality of available energy con tained in high temperature smoke from the kiln must i^e closely examined, and the residual heat from it should be made good use of through generating power and drying materials with heated air and residual heat, and heating water with low temoerature smoke.
