摘要
指出了DRG(Dynamic Regeneration Gypsum)技术是双碱法及气动技术(脱硫除尘塔)的有机结合。重点对DRG技术处理某石化公司催化裂化的再生烟气进行了分析。研究表明:在烟气量200000Nm3/h,入口烟气SO2含量300~800Nm3/h,入口粉尘200~300Nm3/h条件下,脱硫效率达到95%以上,除尘效率达到90%以上。
DRG(Dynamic Regeneration Gypsum) technology is the organic integration of dual-alkali and aerodynamic technology(desulfurization and dust removal tower).This article focuses on the FCC flue gas on the DRG treatment.Under the condition of flue gas volume of 200,000 Nm 3 /h,SO 2 content 300 ~ 800Nm 3 /h,and dust content 200 ~ 300 Nm 3 /h,the desulfurization efficiency can reach 95% or more and the dust removal efficiency can reach 90% or more.
