摘要
以消毒试验后所得的毛尖紫萼藓原丝体为材料,通过培养,成功的建立了毛尖紫萼藓配子体再生体系。结果表明:MS培养基、低pH能促进毛尖紫萼藓原丝体褐化;葡萄糖能诱导出弱小的配子体;激素对毛尖紫萼藓配子体诱导效果不理想;NH4NO3浓度为2.5g/L的Prat培养基,适合于毛尖紫萼藓原丝体分化成配子体;将褐化到一定程度的原丝体接种到Prat培养基后,20d可以生长出较理想的配子体。
Taking disinfected protonemata of C-rimrnia pilifera as material, gametophytes of Grimmia pilifera can be induced successfully through the cultivation. The results indicated that the MS culture medium, low pH could promote protonemata browning;glucose could induce poor gametophytes;hormone could’t induced ideal gametophytes of Grimmia pilifera;Prat culture medium with 2. 5 g/L concentration of NH4 NO3; was suitable for protonemata of Grirnmia pilifera induced into gametophytes. Inoculated some degree of browning protonemata into Prat culture medium, ideal gametophytes could be grown after 20 days.
