不同鲜汁的食疗与营养组成成分剖析

摘要 自古医食同源,食药同用。健康来自于饮食,合理营养是健康的宗旨。现例举果类中的李子和蔬菜中的萝卜以及用于补料的饴糖,从食品营养学的观点分析其营养组成成分,从而明确食疗与药膳的相互关系,为民众合理膳食提供依据。 Medicine and food had the same source and usage since the ancient times. A healthy body depends on a healthy diet, and a proper nutrition is the aim of health. Examples of plum, radish and caramel were now used to analysis their nutritional composition from the viewpoint of food nutrition, hoping to make clear the relationship between dietotherapy and medicated diet, and to provide a basis for public healthy and reasonable meals.
