摘要
我院建立了医疗设备调配中心,对部分医疗设备进行集中管理、统一调配、有偿使用。本文阐述调配中心运行的流程、工作人员职责、核算方式,并在实践的基础上总结经验。通过这种方式,可以显著提高设备使用率,优化资源配置,提高医疗设备管理水平。
An internal medical equipment deployment center has been built up in our hospital, providing centralized management, unified allocation and compensated use. This paper introduces the operation process, staff responsibilities and charge mode, and summarizes the experience on the basis of practice. It can greatly increase the using ratio of medical equipment, optimize the resource allocation and improve the management level of medical equipment in this way.
