摘要
目的探讨早期训练和抚触护理对早产儿智能及体格发育的影响。方法将我院2010年1~10月出生的80例早产儿随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上开展早期训练和抚触护理,比较2组的智能发育和体格发育情况。结果观察组在6、12个月时的精神发育指数、运动发育指数显著优于对照组。观察组在12个月时的身长、体质量、头围显著优于对照组。结论早期训练和抚触护理能够显著促进早产儿的智能发育和体格发育,改善预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of early training and touching nursing on intelligent and physical development of premature infants. Methods 80 cases of premature infants in our hospital from January to October 2010 were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 pa- tients in each group, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given early training and touching nursing on the basis of the control group. Intelligent and physical development was compared between two groups. Results the mental development index and psychomotor development in- dex on the 6th and 12th months in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were significant. The height, body weight and head circumference on the 12th month in the ob- servation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusions Early training and touching nursing can promote the intelligent and physical development of premature infants significantly as well as improve the prognosis.
